You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for anyone else, or present our work as your own.

The design, code, words, marks and drawings on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. Client work appears with permission, and the underlying rights sit wherever the relevant contract puts them.

The name Unbuilt Studio and our mark are ours. Please do not use them to suggest we endorse something we do not.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract. Prices, timelines and scope shown anywhere here are illustrative. Work begins only under a signed agreement that sets out deliverables, payment and who owns what at the end.

We keep this site current, but we do not promise it is complete or free of errors. Case studies describe past work. They are not a prediction of what your project will cost or how long it will take.

We link to other sites, including our clients and our published tools. We are not responsible for what is on them or what they do with your data.

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
